Glenwood Academy Admissions Application

Thank you for your interest in Glenwood Academy. Please complete the application documents. The educational school report must be completed by an administrator or teacher at the student's current school along with their report cards and standardized test scores. Once this information is complete, please fax or email this information for review. We will evaluate the student's academic standing, classroom conduct and behavior, attendance at current school, teacher feedback, reason for enrollment, along with various other factors to determine if we can meet their needs. If it is determined that we can meet the needs of the student, then our Admissions Director will contact you to schedule an interview with you and your child. All documents must be submitted in order to be eligible for admissions into Glenwood Academy. This process is extensive and it is pertinent that all parents enroll their children at their current school district if it is determined that the student is not accepted.
